Feeling blue?:(

Are you down and you just don't know what to do? Why don't you fill your time with a friendly meeting with...who else but your friends?
So what can you do? Parks are pretty cold at this time of year (don't you hate winter sometimes??), Galatzi doesn't have cinemas, malls and other recreational spaces (ok, ok, it has a few but that's just not enough).
I think you already know what I want to say. I know it sounds so old-fashioned and uncool but just think about it. How many of your friends have a facebook profile picture with a Nicolae Grigorescu painting on the backround?;)
The Visual Arts museum
Sooo...why don't you just take your friends on a surprise getaway. I bet they will be surprised. Maybe you're a fan of art, or just interested as a little kid in stuff from other periods of time, or you just want to see a documentary in a planetarium, this is the right time!
The History Museum
Oooor the Natural Science museum?
And just a little smile for an end:

Don't forget to like us on facebook as well!

Another commercial

We're getting better at it! At least I hope so... Let us know and send us your messages and comments on both blogger and facebook. Next time...it will be brilliant. But for now, this is our ad. Who remembers the soundtrack:)?
And just remember to visit a museum and take pictures of it! More information soon

Just a smile for our readers

A minimalist poster campaign

As you might know, since this monday, our school will be a nice home for our posters and ideas. We are just trying to raise a smile and maybe, get you on our side. So keep in touch with us and don't forget to vote us.
Just as a relaxation for everyone, let's focus on another great museum, this time "The Tate", in London. There's a lot for us to do to get there, but we might as well use it as inspiration.
Well, there are lots of talented people in Galati and other counties who could make really cool posters, modern art works etc. Why couldn't Galati be the house for that? Just think about it.

Pretty cool, huh?
Tate holds the national collection of British art from 1500 to the present day and international modern and contemporary art.
Why can't Galati get a museum like that?
For now, don't forget to visit the Natural Science museum this weekend, as you can see Lion King in 3d. Bring tissues!

Aaaaand a commercial!

As we are trying to promote our campaign, how could we do that without ads, or more specific, commercials. How can you help us? By reading this blog, our facebook page, checking us at our stand in the touristic fair that will take place as soon as possible and vote us. Ah, and most important visit the museums!Stay connected to find out more about our special competition. But for now, enjoy our tiny spot:

How about some visual arts?

Hmm...quite hard to decide which museum to make you visit first. How about my own favorite?
The Visual Arts museum was one of the first ones of this kind in the country. It hostes famous Nicolae Tonitza, Nicolae Grigorescu and other several know artist's works. Yeah, you read that right. Right here, in Galati, you can see pieces of art of incalculable value. Just get on a bus and visit the museum. Whatever is holding you back, I can bet a penny is nothing like this:
Oh, and how about getting a souvenir on the way back?:)
And there are dozens of art works just waiting for you there. Grab a friend by the arm and take them to an art gallery, since there is a special one almost every weekend. Sound classier than going to a cafe, right? Take pictures of yourselves and post them on facebook. What a better backround than this. That;s just a little part of what you can see there:

Our very first post

As you know, there's no wide range of museums in Galati to visit. But we do have a couple which we'd like to promote, and make you visit them. As a starting point for that, we've started a campaign and you can help us very easily, by reading our blog, liking our facebook page and more important, visit the museums in the area. Cheers everyone, and have a happy weekend!
